Mrs. Charles Calloway, Henry Hyatt ami Mrs. Hyatt were first called. hut not being present A. K. j Drake was put on the stand and explained the map of Center and Washington townships made by him, describing roads etc. Howard Chapel was then called to attest thecorrectness of the map, but as both , sides accepted it as correct, his evidence was not required.
