Everybody meditates, but not always constructively. Meditation is as natural as eating, drinking, and breathing. The agnostic, the so-called atheist, and the most seemingly materialistic-minded business people constantly meditate. The only difference is that they do not meditate on spiritual things — on the eternal verities, which are the same yesterday, today, ana forever. True spiritual meditation is a way of experiencing the Presence of God within you.“The Art of Meditation and Relaxation” will be my topic this Sunday, 11:00 a.m. at the Saddleback Valley Plaza Cinema II, 23682 El Toro Road, El Toro.DR.
