Bound over to Circuit CourtRobert E. Pogue, 807 Hearrell, was bound over to Circuit Court for trial today after he waived a preliminary hearing in Magistrate Court on a charge of uttering a forged instrument. Reporting day in Circuit Court was set for April 21.Pogue is charged with cashing a forged check at the Safeway Store on March 13.Also in Magistrate Court, arraignment was set for April 14 for Tony Cozay Taylor, Joplin, on a charge of grand stealing. Taylor is charged with the theft of a towel rack, swag lamp, black light, toaster, mirror, curtains and drapes owned by n Charles Baldwin on Nov. 30,1974. fA preliminary hearing for Earl Whitehead, Joplin, on a charge of armed robbery was continued ||| until April 22. He is charged with a robbery of the Big Chief Trading Post, Joplin, on Dec. 9, vf 1974.
