Disturbance cases under advisement ot municipal judgeJudge John Conner Tuesday afternoon in municipal court took under advisement the cases of five persons charged in connection with a disturbance thenight of March 27 at 400 BoisD’Arc,Charged in connection with the incident were Tony Triplett, 714 Fast Fifth, peace disturbance, fighting in public; his wife Mrs. Shirley Triplett, 714 Fast Fifth, peace disturbance and assaulting a police officer; Harold MooreJr., 112 Bois D’Arc, peacedisturbance and interferring w ith a police officer; Hay A. Wofford, 700 Valiev, peace disturbance, and (lar\ V Wofford, 700 Valley, peace disturbance and fighting in public. They are at liberty pending further action April 20 by Judge Conner.
