That south Sixth street bagnio is said to le again in full blast. This woman, the owner of the house, when recently arrested, gave the authorities to understand that she would give up her disreputable traffic and she was told in effect to “go and sin no more.” The Mail was of the opinion at the time that under the circumstances, the officers did the right thing. Now that she refuses to refrain from iniquity and persists in tanntali/ing tho moral sentiment of a decent community, let such stops as may bo »necessary be taken to protect societyfrom her afTrontery and vile influence.
