Visitor is Given:Brusli by CityThe Charleston Street Department gave a visiting motorist the brush Saturday night.Police said a car driven by Robert E. Ward, 20, of Powell-ton, passed the city street sweeper on Gee St, and was making a right turn into Summers St, when the weeper driven by Monnrd Smith, 37, of 101 Gnp-vicw Dr.* smashed into the car.Patrolman Dance Richardson snid damage was estimated at $150, all to the car. No charge was filed.
