Slack to Get |f New Hearing In Tennesseead itoccCINCINNATI UR — The U. S. Court of Appeals here has remanded the espionage case of Alfred Dean Slack to the U.- S. District Court of Greenville, Ten a., for a new hearing.U. S. Attorney Otto T. Ault of Tennessee asked the case be remanded because of a technicality nnd me Court of Appeals granted this motion.
