X. lt;“Cap”) Hicks was arrested Monday on a warrant issued from the court of Justice Martin Crill, accusing him of forging the name of J. M. Wilson of Sampsel township to a note for S25. The note was cashed at the Moorcsvillc Savings Bank. Wilson says he did not sign it. Hicks will have his preliminary hearingFriday.
