Police report they arrested Patrick A. Trumpour, 29, Consul, Saskatchewan, Wednesday afternoon for careless driving, failure to remain at an accident scene and for failure to give notice of an accident. Alan Dennis, Chinook, reported to police that while he was traveling east on West First Street, Trumpour struck Dennis’ vehicle while he was stopped for another vehicle Trumpour then allegedly fled the scene.A highway patrolman and border patrolman arrested Trumpour about an hour later at the W illow Creek border. Trumpour was escorted to the Havre Police Department where he was cited on three counts. He was later released as he posted bond. Dennis also was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license
