Constable pay OK'd by PerryPolice constables in Perrv¥Township will be receiving $15 for each day they spend giving courttestimony as a result of action taken*by township trustees Tuesday night Trustees authorized the payment to compensate constables for wages they have been losing from their regular jobs when they are subpoenaed into court The payment for court appearances will be in addition to the existing wage scale of $125 a month for the head constable and $110 a month for the other two constables, according to township clerk Lloyd Stombaugh.Also Tuesday, trustee Darrell Lehman announced that workers from Allen County will do about $31,000 worth of repairs on county roads this spring He said the township will pay approximately $22,000 and the county $9,000
