Welsh, 23, of Coraopolis, Pa., which was struck in the left front by an auto operated by James Kidwell of 1222*6 Wellesley Ave., police reported. Mr. Welsh was stopped on Wellesley and Mr. Kid-well was turning south from Franklin Avenue onto the extension when the accident occurred.Roger Joseph Rusiecld, 17, of 410 Walden Ave., Tiltonsville, received treatment at the Ohio Valley Hospital Saturday for lacerations of the face that required seven stitches.A passenger in his car, Sam Carducci, 17, of 410 Walden Ave., suffered bruises of the hip and a cut on the left knee. He also was treated.Police said the Rusiecki youth was headed south on the High Street Thoroughfare and a car operated by John Chabal, 44, of New Kensington, Pa., was traveling west on Washington Street.Mr. Chabal was cited for failing to yield the right of way. Police Cite DriverA citation for no operator's license was issued to Donald Orris, of 2511 Alvarado Blvd., following an accident Saturday in the 100 block of S. 4th Street.Police said he was driving north when his car hit the left side of an auto driven by James M. French, 49, of RD 3, Steubenville, which was backing into a parking space.Ralph L. Galliher, 32, of RD 2, Jewett, was charged by police with failure to yield the right of way following a collision at East Carlton Road and Lovers Lane intersection.His car was involved in antlaccident with an auto driven by Harry Tilden Merrill, 43, of RD 1, Amsterdam. The accident was reported to police at 7:20 a.m. today.Parked Auto Struck Robert Hines, 39, of 215 N. 8th St., was cited for no operators license and backing with-]1 out safety after the car he was driving struck a parked auto owned by Charles Turnbow of 471 S. 6th St., police reported. Mr. Cheistian claimed the woman walked out in front of his car and he could not avoid the collision, police reported.Considerable property damage was reported when an auto driven by Almeda Littlejohn, 49, of 455 S. 6th St., struck a lamp post and damaged shrubbery lawn and a tree at the home of Atty.
