Stottlemyer Charged in Theft At Plumly FirmWinchester police said today that Marcus Eugene Stottlemyer. 24. of 573 N. Cameron St., has been charged with grand larceny In the theft of a $300 chain saw and a rubber-tired wheel barrow from the Plumly Lumber Corp.They reported that Stottlemyer has signed a statement admitting the theft and that both items have been recovered from West Virginia. They were reported missing on Fbruary 24.Stottlemyer was arrested In the Grocers Wholesale, Inc.. building last Saturday night and charged with breaking and entering. He w as Jailed on $5,000 bond on that charge. He had not made bond as of noon today.
