case was continued in Squire Henderson's court until April 9, at 12 p. ra.Lloyd O’Leary, charged with disturbing the peace, took a change of venue from ’Squire Dyer’s court to that of Justice Thomson. He was fined $ 1 5 and costs, which amounted to about $30, and in default of the payment of the fine was placed intin* county jaii.
