BOUND OVER.Charley Lashley will Be Tried In theCircuit Court.Monday’s Daily.Charley Lashley. the young farmer who is accused of bastarday by Sophia Bryant, a seventeen-year-old girl of this city, was given a preliminary hearing before Mayor Clark this morning. His attorney was C. K. Tharp and her’s was Eph Inman. The mayor bound Lashley over to the circuit court in the sum of $400.
