Kills Cellmate in Row Over Hanging PictureJEFFERSON CITY, April 3 —In an argument over how he had hung a picture of Lexington his home town, on the wall of their cell, in the state penitentiary, John Winningham stabbed ms mate, Edmund Seewezyk to death yesterday. Winningham also was stabbed several times bu„ is expected to recover. ___Seewezyk was serving a 10-year sentence from Jackson County from last November 2 for robbery. Winningham has served slightly more than a year of ms 4-year term from Lafayette county for automobile theft.
