Local Man Sentenced In Theft CaseLeddrewee “Buck Snider, 49, of 5212 26th St., was sentenced to three years in prison each on three counts of theft of U.S. Treasury check, forging land cashing Monday in U.S. District Court. The terms run concurrently.Ordering the sentence wasU.S. District Judge Halbert 0. Woodward. Snider originally !had been convicted and sentenced last August to a maximum of 10 years on count three of the charge, pending a finalsentencing after a psychiatricexamination.Judge Woodward also completed an evidenciary hearing I in the writ of habeas corpus ease of Donald Dee Collier, who has been confined in state prison since December, 3968, for armed robbery.
