She said that she has been deluged with threatening calls.According to High Point Fire Department reports, fire struck the home twice last night.Firemen answered an at the 1.312 E. Green home at 10:17 last According to firemen, Lassiter told them that she had seen a man run from the rear of the house a short time before.alarmDrivenight.Mrs.Firemen found articles of clothing and newspapers burning under the center of the house. They said that floor joists and the subflooring were smoked but that there was no damage to the house.At 11:52 p.m.—less than two hours later—they were back again as fire raged through the house causing heavy damage to the back porch, the rear hallway and the second floor of the dwelling.The second fire is believed by firemen to have started in a closet in the rear hallway near the door.Firemen reported that David Hunt and Willie Sanderson, two of the 10 boarders staying at the house, said that they foundthe fire in the closet located under the stairs.Firemen today were still investigating the cause of the fire.Mrs. Lassiter said today that she lost all her furniture and the personal belongings of the family in the fire. Living with her in the dwelling in which she operated Margie’s Boarding House were three children, a20-year-old daughter, and two sons aged seven and nine.Locklear, 15, is being held without privilege of bond, pending a preliminary hearing, set for April 8 in Municipal Court, on the murder charge.David Walker, 15, was gunned down outside the cafeteria at Central High School shortly after noon March 25. Walker was hit four times with .38 caliber bullets and Locklear was arrested a short time later while he was walking on a street near the school.
