HARD FOUGHT CASEGOES TO JURYTwenty live witnesses in all were called by the Commonwealth and the i defence in court Friday in the assault and robbery case from Red Rank town i ship in which Melvin Kiehl and Hob-j j art Brosius were accused of robbing by Jacob Kiehl, grandfather of the ' j former. The taking of testimony was finished late Friday afternoon and the J case went to the jury following the ,| charge by Judge J. W. King on Saturday morning.The case as presented by the Commonwealth was based entirely uponcircumstantial evidence.
