Evan S. Shipley, of Pickaway County, who was recently in the Cir-cleville jail for incest, and who wasreleased on one thousand dollars bond put an t nd to his miserable existence last week by drowning himself in a pond. He had been drunk almost constantly since his release from jail, and the act was evidently premeditated, as he gave directions before committing the act how he should be buried.
