Margaret Rangel, 32, of Canyon, was named yesterday in an indictment ac cusing her of attempted murder in the March 17 wounding of Gus Trujillo, 36, owner of a lounge at 2211 E. 10th. Trujillo suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. Lee Cunningham, 22, of 4103 S. Jackson, was named in an indictment accusing her of involuntary manslaughter in connection with a Dec. 30 automobile accident at E. 3rd and Ross in which Mark Hatfield, 52, of 508 Bivins, was killed. William Gilpin, 34, of Albuquerque, was named in an indictment accusing him of burglary of a movie theater on March 23, and Lester Holland, 23, of 1917 NW 13th, was named in an indict ment accusing him of burglary of a residence on March 4. Karen Giddens, 19, of Washita Coun ty, Okla., was named in an indictment accusing her of forgery on Sept. 11. Four persons were reindicted in con nection with funds missing from Producers Grain Corp. on March 17, 1976. Named in the felony theft indict ment are Kelly Spain, 28, and Peggy Spain, 22, both of 104 Range Trail, James T. Warwick, 28, of 100 Range Trail, and Jerry Warwick, 29, of 2904 Browning. The four were first in dicted July 15. Four persons were named in in dictments accusing them of driving while intoxicated, subsequent offense. They are Jerry Murphy, 33, of 2041 S. Lipscomb, Sammie Harris, 51, of 113 NE 6th: Emilio Rangel, 49, of 608 S. Hill, and Julius Pair, 46, of 1600 S. Buchanan. ~
