Mark Hendry Gains County Jail ReleaseCircuit Judge Harold S. Smith Wednesday authorized the release of Mark Alan Hendry from the county jail, where the 18-year-old had been held since he was arrested last month on a second set of charges accusing him of violating his probation.Hendry was arrested on the new charges March 22 and Smith ordered him held in jail without bond for 10 days.Hendry was given a sentenceof three years probation last year on a burglary charge. A I month after sentencing, he was i arrested on a grand larceny i charge. IHe was later charged with violating the probation and last 1 month the second violation f charge was brought. tHe faces up to five years in t prison on the violation charges, t plus another five years on the i grand larceny charge. Trial is set for later this month. I
