PLEADS GUILTY TO LEAVING ACCIDENT SCENELeona** Pearl* flnei $50 AndOlvan 60 Day Suspended Sentence,Leonard Pearia pleaded 'guilty to a charge of leaving the scene’-of an accident and was fined $50 and given a 00 day suspended sentence in circuit court.Pearia was arrested last May 18 after a vehicle he was driving struck Rudy Tally, a Cosmns-Monito** newsboy who was on a bicycle, in the 200 block of Nor Hi Second street. Pearia continued after tbe accident and headed a-eross the bridge into St. Touts county where he gave himself up to state troopers after running off the road.Pearia also faces the mi pension of his driver’s license by the state commission.
