J. j Police charged Luciano w*as the head of the Unione Siciliano, described as a secret organization once headed by A1 Capone in Chicago, and Frank Yale in New York.He was known in the underworld as “the boss”. In his delirium before he died, police said Schultz told them “the boss him-seli shot him.Arrested on Principal StreetHot Springs, April 1 (ZP)-Char-les “Lucky” Luciano, reputed vice king of New York, was arrested on one of the principal business streets of Hot Springs shortly after noon today by two officers. He made no resistance and was removed to the Garland county jail.1
