Shooting Affray at Mi lues.On Tuesday night of last week about eight o’clock a.difficulty occurred at Milnes, in Page county, between 8ergeant E. W. Fogg and a young man named James Miller, of Port Republic, this county, which ended by Fogg shooting at Miller. The ball struck Miller in the forehead but glancing did not in flict a serious wound. It seems that Miller had been arrested for disorderly conduct several times belore by Fogg, and it is said he entertained a grudge against the officer.— Miller originated the difficulty, and it is alleged, fired the first shot at the Sergeant, which missed its atm. The latter returned the fire with the result as above stated.Miller is well known m Harrisonburg, and, when drinking, is considered a bad man, but when sober is a most peaceful and orderly citizen. This should cause him to keep sober and we hope it will.4 ___
