A scoundrel named Pius Montgomery, of Posey county, has come to grief. Several years ago lie was detected in making whiskey in violation of law, and bis dtetillery was suppressed. But recently Pius procured a flat boat, in which he erected a still and all the usual appliances for making sod corn whiskey, which he put afloat on tlio Ohio river. On Wednesday last his “scow” was seized by some revenue official, and isnow under process of confiscation.
