Talks stall at Dunkirk glass factory. DUNKIRK (AP) — Indiana Glass Co. ofRcials and the union representing more than 300 workers on strike since October met on Thursday and Friday, but made no progress toward a new contract.Members of the American Flint Glass Workers Union went on strike Oct. 8 after rejecting the company’s contract offer. The two sides met twice in late November, and negotiations again broke down during 'meetings Thursday and Friday.Several confrontations have occurred between strikers and guards hired by the.company since the strike started.
