JAPANESE GIRL HEADS INTERNATIONAL CLUBSCanton. N' Y., Nov. 22—(UP)— The sixth annual Middle Atlantic conference of International relations clubs elected Miss Yoko Matsuoko. of Tokyo, president at its final sessions yesterday.The conference will meet next year at Swarthmore college, Swarthmore, Pa., the school represented by Miss Matsuoko,Dr. Frank It Scott, McGill university civil law professor, told the conference the next move for the re-establishment of a collective system. such as the League of Nations, was re to come, perhaps after another European war.“When it comes all nations will have to cooperate more fully than they did in the past and preparation for that moment should never cease. he said. • - i
