Frank Webster, of Clifton, was in town Saturday, Mr. Webster has the contract for building the road between Clif ton and Springerville This road will be completed during the present year and when finished will be one of the finest highways in the Southwest. This road opens up the northern part of New Mexico, through Lords burg, and offers inducements to tourists traveling through Colo rado and New Mexico to visit the Roosevelt Dam by the south ern route, passing through Clif ton, Safford and the Gila valley. Between Clifton and Springer ville this highway traverses some of the most beautiful country in, all Arizona.
