NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS BUILDING REMOVALNotice is hereby given by the City of Edgerton, Wisconsin, by the City Administrator, that it will receive sealed bids for the razing and removal of the old Rialto Theatre in Edgerton. Wisconsin until 8:00 p.m. on the 17th day of October. 1988, in the office of the City Administrator at the City Hall 12 Albion Street. Edgerton. Wisconsin. 53534 at which time and place the bids will be opened. Bids will be awarded within 25 doys of bid opening date above.The above public works will be let to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder and must be performed in accordance with the plans specifications, and related items now on file with the City Administrator. No bids can be received or considered unless occompanied by a certified check bank droft, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. payable to the City as a guarantee thot if the bid is accepted, bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 10 days, of the date that the lowest responsible bid is accepted In cose the bidder fails to file the contract and performance bond within 10 days, the check, draft or bid bond sholl be forfeited to the City os liquidated damages. Plans and detoiled specifications together with the form of contract and bond and bidders proof are on file in the City Administrator s office at the above address or at Royal Oak Engineering Inc.. 5610 Medical Circle Suite 6, Madison. Wisconsin 53719.
