construction of the Jim Bridger generating plant in Wyoming.Testifying before the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Monday on behalf of a 26 per cent increase sought by Idaho Power, Bruce said the the 47 per cent cost increase over 1971 estimates was acceptable in light of unexpected economic factors.The company is seeking the increase partly due to construction of the coal-fired JimI W Wsaid high inflation, labor supply problems, environmental control costs and climate conditions all contributed to the higher costs.Bruce also told the commission that his company was not attempting to discourage electricity use for irrigation by a proposed 10 per cent surcharge.The sucharge is to encourage conservation and irrigators could, perhaps, cut down on excess water usage, he said.Bodies Of CrashASPEN, Colo. (UPI) -Authorities say three persons killed in the crash of a light plane southwest of Independence Pass apparently died on impact.Searchers Monday recovered the bodies of the victims, two men and a woman, from the wreckageVictims Foundnear Grizzly Peak. The victims were identified as the pilot, Michael Haas, and passengers Nancy Polich and William Saunders, all 19.Officials said the singleengine craft crashed Sunday about 20 minutes after taking off from the Aspen airport.
