Shares Friday afternoon in honor of Mrs. Oley* Adkins, Refreshments were served to a large crowd.A large crowd of young people enjoyed horseback riding Sunday afternoon under the care of Jessie Allen.Misses Glynn and Lucile Turman, who were visitors at the home of Mrs. B. M. Whorter, left for their home in Live Oak, Monday.We are glad to hear that oneof our young men, J. P. Jones,left for the University of Florida at Gainesville where he will attend school.Mrs. B. M. McWhorter was avisitor in Bushnell last Monday.She went to see relatives who live there.Mrs. J. M. Brown. Mrs. Jean Brown and John Brown Wilcbx of Tampa were visitors at the home of Mrs. R. L. McWhorter Sunday.David Allen and Raymond Gibson were business visitors in Orlando Sunday.Mrs. S. J. Crow was a visitor at the home of her grandson, Lyle Brantley of Clermont. Mr. and Mrs. Brantley were visitors here 11 the earlier part of the week. 1 We are sorry to hear that J. P. Jones Sr. was called to Winter Haven at the death of his brother-in-law.Mrs. Mildred Adams was a vis-; itor over the week-end at Weirs-dale at the home of Mrs. Brown.
