Circuit Court.(From Wednesday’s Dally.)The case of the State vs. Bert Collins, who was charged with bastardy, was concluded yesterday afternoon in circuit court. Thejury was out fifty minutes and returned a verdict of guilty. The complaining witness was Miss OrphaGood, and both parties live in thenorthwestern part of the county.The court decreed that Collins should pay IB per month for the support of the child until it shallbe 18 years of age. Also that Collins shall pay expenses of trial, etc., amounting to nearly $350. A bond of $1,000 is required of him, failing to give which he will be confined injail.Citizenship was granted to Joseph Gonsolin, Erig Groth, Carl Dreifke, and Keinhold Kramp.i ^ t »
