Invitations Received by Decatur County Members—Daring Balloon Ascension Special Feature.An all-day homc-coming celebration of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan will be held at the fair grounds at Columbus on Sept. 29, according to an announcement received here today. Invitations have been sent to Klansmen in Decatur, Fayette, Rush, Jennings, Ripley, Johnson, Marion and Shelby counties. Delegations from each of these counties are expected, as well as visitors from many parts of Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana.A special feature of the gala day will be a balloon ascension in which a daring Klan balloonist gives a thrilling exhibition. The balloon used is said to bear a cross, twenty-five feet in height on each side.
