Beighler. gult;Mrs. Sarah Long will celebrate ens her 98th birthday on September 25 J at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Coach dai Porter, east of Burlington. A fam- daj ily picnic was held recently at Ko- Wil komo where the nine children and J their families were present but they anc all expect to call on Mrs. Long on der her birthday. Although her hearing Anand eye-sight have failed to some W. extent, she enjoys talking with her derfamily and her friends. She walks Whiwithout the aid of a cane. She pre wove many yards of carpet and ^ rugs while her health permitted. anc Her living children are, Mrs. Por- cai ter, with whom she makes her an(-home; Mrs. Jane Huddleston, of gta Kokomo; Henry, of Richmond; Howard and Edward, of West Middleton; Tom and Lincoln, of Kokomo; Harve, of Ervin township, western Howard county; John, ofPennsylvania, and a foster daugh- Mr ter, Mrs. Cozy Degraffenreid, of Flora; 21 grandchildren* 19 greatgrandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.ancMoFeniatt
