Matters begin to assume a much more systematic and orderly shape in all departments of the camp, and military rules are drawn mored are both under marching orders, and they may receive orders any day to move. The colonels of all the regiments have been baent lor several dnyB at Springfield, in order to report there for arms f»r tbeir regiments. Clothing has been issued to the 74th and 95:h regiments, a ad the bojs make quite a fine appearanceThe U. S.
