House Would Require Missile InspectionsWASHINGTON lt;AP - A weapons bill just passed by the House would require the Air Force to investigate the physical condition of Titan II missile systems in Kansas. Arizona and ArkansasThe House added the Titan II amendment to a 142 2 billion defense authorization hill by voice vote Friday The bill was then passed and sent to the SenateRep Dan Ghckman, D-Kan ,sponsor of the amendment, said the study was needed after an accident in Kansas that killed two airmen during a routine fuel transfer.•‘We need to require the Air Force to take a look at all of these facilities to make sure that similar problems do not con tmue to develop.
