Barbara Lou was the name giventhe baby.FOR HOWER INFANTGodparents were Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hower of Burlingame, uncle and aunt of the baby. Barbara, Lou has a little sister, Joanne Laura Hower. The grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. C.* S. Hower of Burlingame, and Mrs. Laura Abraham of San Mateo.
