THE THREE TOWNS.Thomas Bicks, 4, Summerland-street, Plymouth, fell from a waggon belonging to the Three-towns dairy company, and the wheels fractured hie right thi*h.Rupert Oliver, leading stoker on board H. M. S. Conqueror, attempted to commit suicide by jumping into the water from the pontoon at Pottery quay, Morice town, on Saturday evening. Oliver got over the gateswhich led to the pontoon about 7.40 p m., aod made use of the words ā€˜ I’m going to do it, ’ and then jumped into the water.
