(Special)— Marcus Leo Alt, Galesville. was found guilty on a drunken driving charge in justice court before P. M. Paulson here Tuesday,Arrested Aug. 23 in the village of Trempealeau by James M, Myren, Osseo, Trempealeau County traffic officer, he appeared in court here first Aug. 24 and pleaded no I guilty to the charge.Sentence was fixed at a $100 fine and $24.20 costs or 60 days in the county jail, but Alt was released on a $200 bond.
