ADOPT CHILDJohn C. O’Nial and Wifi Fill Friendly Suit.John (\ O’Neal and wife, through Attorney Albert J. Ixmg yesterday filed a bill in equity against Joseph B. O'Neal and wife, having as its object the adoption of the year old daughter of Joseph O’Neal and wife by John O’Neal and wife.The bill of complaint says that John C. O'Neal and wife live at No. 4b Hast avenue. They have no children. Huth O’Neal, daughter of Joseph O’Neal and wife has been with plaintiffs continuously since between two and three months old. The plaintiffs have become greatly attached to the child and now wish toadopt her. Josoph O’Neal and wife are willing that such adoption bo made and on May 1, 1909 signed a written agreement for such adoption. The bill asks that the Court give the child into the custody of the plaintiffs and order that she be adopted by them. The child In question was born October 17, 1908.
