ELDON EARL HOODEldon Earl Hood, 74, of Ebro, Fla., passed away Monday, Sept. 6,2004, at Gulf Coast Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was bom in Council, Idaho. Mr. Hood had a career in the Air Force and retired as a*Ktechnical sergeant. For several years, he owned and operated Hood’s Auto Repair in Fort Walton Beach. Mr. Hood also was a member and past deacon ■ at Ebro Baptist Church. His daughter, Debrah Ann Min-eard of Panama City Beach, Fla., preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Doris Mae Hood; son, Bobby .Hood of Callaway; brother, Harold Hood of Arnold, Calif.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews in Boise, Idaho. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today, Sept. 8,2004, at HeritageGardens Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Gardens Funeral Home in Niceville, Fla.
