held at Sleepy Eye on a future date and appear at the Redwood county fair the latter part of September.— Morton Enterprise.Play Is SuccessfulThe home talent play, Mrs. Jenkin’s Brilliant Idea, which was given in the Methodist Church at New Avon last Friday was a success, the large number of people attending being greatly entertained by the clever acting of the amateur actresses. No admission fee was charged for the play but the sale of ice cream and cake after the •play earned forty-eight dollars for the church fund. The cast of charactersfor the play was as follows: Mrs.Jones, Mrs. John Stewig; Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Noah Meeks; Mrs. Rowe, Mrs. Wilds; Mrs. Lane, Mrs. Lightfoot; Mrs. Scott, Mrs. Moore;\Mrs. Brown, Mrs. W.
