Daughter Born to Mr. and Mrs. RiisA daughter, Sheila Dawn, weighing six pounds, fifteen ounces, was born August 20 to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Riis.Mrs. Riis is the former Shelley Randall, daughter of Mrs. Lloyd Randall of Earlville. The paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Riis, Sr., of Millington.The new father is stationed with the Army in Germany and expects to be home on leave in November.
