FAR FROM HOMEi.Was Mrs. Maggie Turk When SheDied.One of the saddest cases of death in its * worst form, occurred Tuesday morning in the river bottoms just south of the railroad bridge. A crowd of movers were traveling from Missouri to Dayton, Ohio. The crowd comprised nearly twenty persons, among whom was William Turk and |1 wife. When in Rush county their five months old child took sick and died. They came to this city Monday and went into camp along the river, and Tuesday Mrs. Turk, who was suffering fiom consumption, also passed away. They had no money and the Trustee rendered the necessary aid.Quite a number of persons from East Connersville attended the funeral which was held at their camping place, Rev. Little, officiating. The remains were buried in the city cemetery Tuesday afternoon.
