A Big Surprise Dinner.Last Sunday the many relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Flock, of Spencer township, gavethem a big surprise dinner. It was upon the occasion of there twenty-ninth wedding anniversary and Mr.F.\s fifty-ninth birthday. It was arranged for them to attend church at Oak Wood and during their absence friends gathered in with well filledbaskets and soon four large tables were spread with a bountiful supply of good things, of which all heartily partook to their uttermost. Judge of the surprise of Mr. and Mrs. Flock on their return home. In the afternoon all returned home, wishing 4hem many more such happy returns. M.
