Burl GillumBurl Gillum. 78. of Xenia, went to be with the Lord in his heavenly home, Sunday evening Oct. 24. 1999 while at his home following an extended illness. Born Aug. 5, 1926 in Elliot County. Ky., he was a son of the late Floyd and Mattie “Oliver Gillum.Funeral services were held Oct. 28 at SouthSide Church of God, 205 I^ake St., Xenia. TheRev. Joe Sweet, the Rev. James Kenplie and the Rev. Dan Smith officiated. Burial was in the Valley View Memorial Gardens in Xenia.
