Nov 2, 1919 ano lived in that town Graflum Is a taxi driver and work', from 12 noon to 1 a m He testified that several times when he arrived home he found his wife out and, a Miss Glllts taking care of the children. When Mrs. GrafTum returned and he asked where she had been she would not tell and said ‘It’s none of your busines *’ This happened several times and they argued over it and March 20. 1928 she packed her clothes and left GrafTum said that he had been paying her $25 a month for the support of the children and was wUling to pay for their care
