released.Pleads innocent to a murderMARION — Barbara Moore, 35, Conway Springs, pleaded innocent Friday in Marion County District Court to the first-degree murder of her ex-husband.Mrs. Moore was found in the home of the iate Virgil Schmidt, 44, Burns, when lawmen responded last April 16 to the shooting report.She remains in jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
