Stuarts Have TwinsDr. Frank C. Stuart, formerly a member of the University of New Mexico faculty, has been placed in charge of an educational television program on western civilization at the University of Miami at Miami, Fla.Dr. Stuart also is leaching in the Miami history department and working with top students in the university's honors program.Dr. and Mrs. Stuart are the parents of Lwins, born Oct. 11 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. They are Elliott Graham and Antoinette Celine.They have three other children, Keith, 0, Richenda, 5, and Kevin, 3.The maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Hans Troeis Larsen of G2C J3th jNW,The Larsens are prominent in local musical circles. Mrs. Stuart is a ballet dancer and received her training in London.Thn paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Max J. Stuart of 11 Garden Park Circle NW.Mrs. Stuart and Ihe children will movo to Miami in January.
