MELSTED (MOWAT)Shawn and Melissa are very proud to announce the birth of their first child.BRAEDIN JOHN SIG-URSTEINN was born on September 9, 2001 at 1:07am at the Selkirk General Hospital. He weighed 9 lbs 3 oz and was 21 3/4 inches long.Very proud grandparents are John and Ann Mowat of Matheson Island and Anti and Lorraine Melsted of Hnausa.Mommy would like to thank daddy for his love and support throughout this amazing experience. Braedin and I are so blessed to have you.A huge thank you to Dr. Speer and all of the nurses at the Selkirk Hospital for their excellent care and to Dr. Racette forher excellent prenatal care.Braedin sends a big hug and kiss to his Amma and Afi on their 35th Wedding Anniversary on October 15th.
